Role Overview
As a Copywriter at Comcast, you’ll create engaging and persuasive content that aligns with our brand voice and supports strategic initiatives across marketing, digital, and communications. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to bring ideas to life across multiple touchpoints—from website and social to internal campaigns and national advertising.
What You’ll Do
- Write and edit clear, compelling copy for digital, print, and multimedia channels.
- Translate business objectives and complex technical information into consumer-friendly messaging.
- Ensure consistent voice and tone across all Comcast communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and campaign messaging.
- Conduct research to understand audience needs, industry trends, and brand positioning.
- Review, proof, and edit materials to maintain brand and style standards.
- Optimize copy for search engines and digital engagement where applicable.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of professional copywriting experience (agency or in-house preferred).
- Strong writing portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and clarity.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience writing for digital platforms, campaigns, and branded content.
- Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in telecommunications, technology, or media industries.
- Knowledge of UX writing or content strategy.
- Comfort working within brand systems and guidelines at scale.
